People from all different avenues of fashion have been interested in Simple & Splashy. Exclusive Shop
The exclusive shop includes limited items that are produced in bulk. Once sold out some items may be restocked but usually they are not.

Preorders
When preorders are available please allow up to 4-6 weeks for delivery as they are produced after the preorders are made.

General Shop
Our general shop is our shop powered by spreadshirt, which allows us to have those products made per order and shipped out to the customer. These items do not sell out unless the printed product is no longer available or if removed by us/spreadshirt. Custom items are made and printed through spreadshirt as well. If you have any issue with an order from our general shop, you will need to contact orders@spreadshirt.com.

Shipping
ONCE ITEMS ARE SHIPPED SIMPLE & SPLASHY IS NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE! If any issues arise please contact the post office with the tracking number you were sent via email, as there is nothing I can do to the package once it is picked up. If you were not given a tracking number or if you lost it email simpleandsplashy@gmail.com with the name and address which is attached to the paypal payment.

Return Policy
Currently in the exclusive shop ALL SALES ARE FINAL UNLESS YOU WERE SENT THE INCORRECT ITEM FROM WHICH YOU ORDERED. No exchanges will be made unless stated otherwise personally in an email (simpleandsplashy@gmail.com)

In the general shop the return policy abides by spreadshirt’s return policy.
